Good hostel, with USD 9.50 a night also a fair bargain. El Mariscal is just a bit far away, so you pretty much need to take cab all the time. The Basilica de Quito is 5 minutes walk away and absolutely astonishing. All in all very good value for money.

great place for the money. Nothing special about it, but the rooms are clean and have plenty of hot water for the showers.
