It would be a good idea to hire some local staff, Irish people with Irish accents. I had trouble understanding the staffs instructions, they were not clear due to lack of English. Because of this confusion I had to wait 2 hours for a bus to the airport.

Dear Steven, You are correct in that we do have multi lingual staff whos first language is not always english, but if you were confused about the bus times to the airport then why did you not ask to see a timetable, perhaps this may have aleviated your 2 hour wait for a Dublin bus.
