They should not advertize with free pick up from the Greyhound, and then let you walk half an hour to the train station, take a bus there to the airport and then not showing for pick up at the airport!

I have traveled all over the US and Europe and this hostel was one of the worst. It was so loud all night that I didn't sleep at all. I understand that "party hostels" tend to be louder, but these particular partiers didn't stop all night and were still downing beers when I got around THE NEXT MORNING. Not to mention that it was filthy and the AC was hanging out of the wall and did not work. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!

I had read some negative reviews about this place, so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The staff were friendly (although they made me pay extra as they wouldn't accept the online deposit I had already paid through Hostels.com, so i wasn't happy about that). The people staying there were mostly young travellers like myself and friendly. My room, the girls dorm, no. 800 was clean. Though there was only one toilet for all 20 of us in the dorm, so people were often desperate for the toilet

im sure the private rooms are fine but the dorm is crap! and the free continental breakfast is a tiny blueberry muffin! only stay here if u need to be near the airport!
