staff are lovely. untortunately we got attacked by bed bugs the first night. the staff did all they could to rectify the situation. changing rooms, washing our clothes and even buying new matresses. it we did not have the unfortunate bug incident our stay here would have been very relaxing and enjoyable. excellent location. walking distance to main museums, galleries, plaza and parks.

Great location. Family run hostel -- feels like a home-stay. Owners were very helpful and accomodating. Rooms and common area are small.
