The staff here is so patient with non spanish speakers, they do not speak english, but they were very patient with us. There is a club next door which has pretty load music until about 2 am. If you are out till then it isnt a problem, but if you want to sleep its a bit loud. We also could not figure out how to work the deposit via hostels.com so we ended up paying en extra 15 dollars for the stay.

I had a very pleasant stay. The two managers made it feel like home while I was there. It was an added bonus that they spoke English which they did not have to.My room was always done in the mornings which was nice, the best of it all was the price of staying downtown was very very reasonable.Keep up the good work and I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting Guatemala.Regards Ragu
