Very strangely, taking into consideration the other reviews here, I was expecting a very nice staff, and it was not at all what I found. Unfriendly people, who looked as if we were bothering them. They made a mistake in our account and afterwards looked at us as if we were trying to cheat them. Not at all recommended.

This one of the best hostels I have stayed in since I began traveling 10 months ago! This hostel is in a good location, very clean, safe, fun, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Also, if you have an problems or questions, Gisele at the front desk will go out of her way to help you! Awesome hostel - fully recommend it!

The rule "don't bring alcohol from outside" while they sell beers inside has no sense...if i want another type of beer or a spirit? It's an hostel, not a restaurant!
