Absolutely great place! I had reserved two rooms for 3 nights, although at check-in it turned out that they only had one of the two rooms with private bathrooms available. That was the only screw up. Had a great time here!

I stayed at Tango Backpackers for a week during my travels to South America, and it was absolutely the best hostel in my experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hostel creates an atmosphere where it's very easy to meet new people and have a good time. They organize daily events, making it easy to take advantage of all that BA has to offer, from Tango lessons, to nightclubs, etc. The rooms are clean and secure, and there are lots of bathrooms, so you never have to wait for a showe

Tango was Fantastic before they started making renovations. During the renovations things changed for the worst. The bathrooms and showers either didn´t work or were dirty. The room I was assigned to had no fan and it was too hot to sleep. I would suggest that if there are renovations being made the hostel should either be closed or people warned because it really did change the atmosphere for the worst.
