The biggest problam is that they say there is a/c but there are only fans. The heat was unbearable! Other than that the hostel was fine. Will not return there cause the heat was to much for me to handle.

Our door had no lock on it and the staff said there was no need for mosquito nets even though we requested them, and we consequently got bitten to death all through the night. People were talking all night on the balcony outside our room as well, and as there were no propper walls or a ceiling we were kept awake all night having to hear them. This is the reason we then did not stay on our second reserved night there at the end of our holiday.

this place was super bad...sucks because there are not many hostels in Cancun...I would recommend The Cancun Nest over this one even though the rooms are small boxes...but it is better than the room here that was on a rooftop with no walls just wood sticks...mosquitos and other bugs flying through the window..and bad music blasting from the nearby club...I would have rather slept on the beach for free

cheap hostel, located 3 minutes walking distance from Cancun bus station. quite clean, nothing disgusted me. definitely good price/value ratio.

I crashed there the night before I had to go to the airport. The facilities were clean, no-frills but for fifteen bucks it could have been waaaay worse. It was nice to have coffee and toast the next morning, the staff was competent and pleasant to talk to. It is also extremely conveniently located.

I am really deicept about this booking, on website i booked a private room with a private bathroom and finally we get a private room without. The cleanliness was also poor and the aspect of the room too. I will not recommend this hostel.

I booked a room with private bathroom and paid for it, and was show the bathroom across the hall from my room. As it wasn't listed as ensuite and I arrived late at night, I didn't think anything of it. Until the next morning when I had to wait over an hour to use it, as it turns out my bathroom was shared. A kind staff member said there was an error in booking and that I should speak to the manager for a refund, but the manager was perpetually absent to refund the difference. You expect to get w
