The manager of this establishment was super cool and super duper helpful in all that we asked him in his knowledge of the area. We asked him where we could find a vegetarian place and he plotted all of the ones he knew on a map with detailed explanations. It was in a sweet part of Montreal with bars, sex shops and plenty of decent food and stores on the same block.

Rooms could use a fan to move the air around. Was on the top bunk (3rd level), and it was too hot to sleep even though window was open

Very nice hostel! Very helpful staff! In the plateau region- one of the best neighbourhoods in town. A much smaller hostel than the pictures suggest...so not a crazy party hostel. Come with your french phrase book, as this is a very french neighbourhood. Will return!!!

Very good location ,a lot of private room, nice commom room meet nice people ,very dynamic district skippy the jack russell is so adorable,lafontaine park just 2 minutes ,grocery just around ,bar all around ,good it was cold in montreal that day,A real youth hostel i will definitly come back to the Globetrotter next time
