Not as good as advertised. They put us in the Annex, which is down the street. It is not very social, but quiet. There were minor shower and bathroom failures. The room was nice - semi-private, with kitchen facilities. Cost a little less than advertised. "Free parking" means park on the street where you can, indefinitely and for free.

First of all, owner was fantastic. He was always helpful. I stayed at the building down the road which was fine. Breakfast is limited but plentiful. Rooms are clean however beds do squeak fairly loud. Bathroom is small but clean and serves purpose. Staff are very friendly. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and bus and metro. Id stay again.
